Westport Roadside Assistance is a website domain developed and owned by Paso Finos Traders LLC and exclusively rented to Mr Quick Pick Westchester County LLC (“MQPW”, “Mr. Quick Pick Westchester County LLC”, “”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to providing outstanding service to each of our Users by providing a services that helps drivers with Roadside Assistance and with video calls on Roadside Assistance services. This privacy policy advises as to what information we collect, how it is collected, how we will use it in furtherance of providing top notch services to our Users and how we share the information.

1. Scope of Privacy Policy: This Policy applies to all Users of MWPW’s services, including MQPWC’s apps, websites, features and other services. Use of MQPWC’s services is also subject to MQPWC’s Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect: At various points in the MQPWC experience, you may provide us with personal information. During your registration, when you sign up for an MQPW account, you will be providing us with your name, email address, phone number, user account name, password and payment or banking information.

a. Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we obtain actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information. 

b. Customer Support Information: Throughout your experience we may also collect information when you contact customer support. Any information you provide MQPWC when in contact with our Customer Support will be collected.

c. Location Information: In order to effectively and efficiently provide our service we request that our Users enable location services on their devices. Such location information will be provided when you use MQPWC’s services and when you have enabled the GPS, IP address and/or WiFi location services on your device. This information will provide MQPWC with your precise or approximate location. This information is necessary in order to match drivers with MQPWC. Location services also allows us to calculate time and distances travelled in calculating charges and also utilized for insurance purposes.

d. Device Information: When our services are used or accessed, either through a mobile app or through a web browser, we automatically receive technical information about the hardware and software that is used on your device. We may use various technologies to collect information, including, but not limited to, cookies, scripts, pixels and device identifiers. This information helps us understand how you use our services, personalize your experience using our services, and understand your usage of our services.

3. How We Use Your Information: MQPW uses the information that we collect to personalize, maintain and improve the services we provide. This includes:

· Providing the service to you by connecting Users with our Third-Party Providers;

· Improving the quality of the service;

· Develop new products and services;

· Provide, improve, expand and promote our Platform;

· Personalizing the MQPWC experience for you;

· Facilitate payments;

· Providing customer support;

· Finding and preventing fraud;

· Investigate and respond to issues that may arise, including but not limited to, disputes with your service, auto incidents and requests from government authorities.

4. How We Share Your Information: Our services comprise of a platform that connects Users seeking HELP with  MQPWC OR our Third-Party Providers who are licensed MECHANIC COMPANIES who have contracted with us. In order to make this work, we need to share information about you and your service request to our Third-Party Providers. The only information that we share with our Third-Party Providers is your name, phone number and your LOCATION and pickup and drop-off locations in order to enable the service. All other information is retained by us and is strictly held by us and not shared with anyone else, this includes:

· Payment and banking information that is securely stored within our system;

· Your usage patterns and device information;

· Location information when not utilizing our services;

· Any information provided by you and specifically set forth herein.

a. Legal: We may share your information when we have a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with local, state and federal laws, regulations, statutes, legal process or requests from any local, state or federal law enforcement or regulatory authorities, to prevent, investigate, detect or otherwise handle fraud, security or technical issues with our service and/or to protect the property, safety or individual rights of any person, the public or MQPWC.

b. Business Purposes: We may share your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company. We may also share your information between and among MQPWC, and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.

5. Security: We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the data and information that is stored and utilized by us. We employ administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to safeguard and protect information under our control from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. We will take reasonable precautions to attempt to ensure that your data is protected to a reasonable extent. However, no security measures can be 100% secure and we cannot guarantee that your data is not 100% protected. We will make any legally required notifications of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your personal information.
